Glowing skin is a dream for many of us. Glowing skin depends on various factors including genetics,good food, a healthy diet, and a lot more. And nothing is impossible without us trying to get them. Every one of us should take care of our skin no matter what age we are or which gender we are.Today, boys too take good care of their skin which is quite good; Every woman needs a good-looking guy right? Even though skincare products work for about 50%, the remaining 50% depends on internal health and lifestyle. So, make sure not to compromise on things like healthy food, 6 – 8 hours of sleep, etc.

1. Skincare Routine:
● Even though most of us are doing this, it is important to do them in the right way.
CTM (Cleanser, Toner and Moisturizer) should be a default step in both AM and PM
routines. In addition, sunscreen in the AM routine and night cream in the PM
routine would be more than enough. It is okay if you go for organic and natural
skincare products; Even though they take time to show results, you will get a lifetime
of better skin than mandatory ones.
● If you are having dry skin, go for cream-based and quite heavy textured products.
● If you have oily skin, go for gel-based skincare products.
● If you have combination skin, it is important to choose widely which should be a
combination of both cream and gel-based products.
● When you are having acne-prone skin, go for products and ingredients which will
suit you well.

2. Hydration:
● For any kind of problem, water can give you a good reward. If you have dry skin, a
flaky scalp, dull and lifeless skin, digestive problems, etc., everything can be solved
by having a good amount of water every single day.
● Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water. 2 glasses once you wake up, 1 glass before
breakfast, 2 glasses between breakfast and lunch, 1 glass post lunch, 3 glasses
between your lunch and 1 glass post dinner before going to bed.
● If you don’t like or do not feel like drinking water, try to include adding fruits,
veggies, or some other herbs. For eg, raisins water in the morning, fennel seeds
water post lunch, a pinch of turmeric in water post-dinner, or even you can add
herbs like tulsi, etc.
